About this policy

This policy explains how LevelUp LLC handles information through workwithlevelup.com, including inquiries, introductory bookings and free career resources. It covers both organizational and career support. If you become a client, your service agreement may include additional terms for project materials and confidentiality.

Information you choose to share

When you email LevelUp or arrange a conversation, you may share your name, email address, organization, website, the type of support you want, availability and a description of your goals. If you choose to send a résumé or other materials, those materials may contain employment, education and other personal information.

Share only what is relevant to the conversation. You do not need to disclose demographic information, a diagnosis or personal circumstances to make an inquiry. For access needs, you can describe the adjustment that would help. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account credentials or confidential employee, client or financial records through the website inquiry or booking fields.

How inquiries and bookings work

The website inquiry form creates a draft in your email app. It does not submit your answers to a LevelUp website database. You must send the email for LevelUp to receive it. Your email provider handles the draft and sent message.

The booking page embeds Google Calendar. When that page loads, your browser connects to Google. Google processes appointment information and may receive technical information about your browser and device. Details you submit when booking are used to schedule the conversation and help Talia prepare. You can email talia@workwithlevelup.com instead of using the calendar.

Your free resource notes

The Résumé Story Builder, Interview Story Bank and Career Positioning Checklist work in your browser. Their worksheet code does not send your answers to LevelUp or save them to a website database or browser storage. LevelUp cannot review those answers unless you choose to share them.

Print, save a PDF, download a text file or copy your responses if you want to keep your work. The optional email feature opens a draft in your chosen email service with your email address and worksheet responses. That service processes the draft under its own practices; you review and send it yourself. Nothing is emailed automatically, and LevelUp does not receive a copy. Notes may be lost when you refresh or leave the page; your browser may also restore form entries through its own features. Saved or printed copies are under your control, so take care on shared devices.

How LevelUp uses information

Information you send is used to respond, understand your needs, assess a potential engagement, arrange meetings and manage related communications. If you engage LevelUp, relevant information is also used to provide the agreed services and administer the client relationship. Sending an inquiry or booking a conversation does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Website services and technical information

This website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, Google Workspace for business email, Google Calendar for scheduling and Google Fonts to display typefaces. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect their services. Google services may also use cookies or similar technologies, depending on the service and your settings. Their processing is governed by their own terms and policies; this LevelUp policy does not replace those.

The current website does not include LevelUp-installed advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some embedded features may not work as expected. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own information practices.

Sharing and retention

Hosting, email and scheduling providers process information as needed to operate the features described above. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable legal requirements. The website does not provide a feature that sells inquiry details or worksheet answers to advertisers.

Messages and appointment records can remain in LevelUp’s business email and calendar systems. Retention depends on the inquiry or engagement, recordkeeping needs and applicable obligations; there is no automatic deletion period promised by this website. A request to delete information may be limited by records that must be retained.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email talia@workwithlevelup.com to ask about information you have shared, request access, correction or deletion, or ask LevelUp to stop following up. Describe your request without including sensitive identification documents. LevelUp may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing records. Rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
