YOUR EXPERIENCE BELONGS HERE

A stronger story.
On your own terms.

Meaningful experience can come from paid work, organizing, caregiving, volunteering, mutual aid or a career change. We’ll identify what is relevant to your goals without treating a nontraditional path as a deficit.

We can strengthen how you communicate your work while acknowledging that hiring barriers and bias are real. Your worth is not measured by a résumé, job title or hiring outcome.

You choose what to share about your identity, disability, family responsibilities or employment gaps. Coaching should help you express your contribution—not ask you to erase who you are.

Prefer written practice, more processing time, a different document format or another way to participate? Tell me what would help. You do not need to share a diagnosis.

SEE THE PROCESS

Same experience.
Clearer impact.

Follow a full edit: uncover the problem, identify the candidate’s decisions, credit their partners and connect the work to a measurable result.

Illustrative demo: the candidate, organization, results and numbers are fictional. Not a client résumé or a recorded session.

Move at your own pace with the numbered steps, or play and pause the walkthrough.

INSIDE A MOCK INTERVIEW

Practice the answer.
Then go a little deeper.

We’ll work with your target role and real examples, practice follow-up questions, and identify what to sharpen before the interview.

Sample coaching prompts, not a recording of a client session.

THE QUESTION

“Tell me about a process you improved.”

THE FOLLOW-UP

“What did you decide—and what changed because of it?”

What we would work on together

A clear starting problem, your specific contribution, the choices you made, and an outcome you can substantiate. We’ll also practice keeping the answer focused and in your own voice. Written outlines and additional processing time can be part of practice; eye contact, accent and a particular presentation style are not measures of your capability.

GROUNDED IN YOUR REAL EXPERIENCE

Clearer positioning.
Still entirely you.

My perspective comes from executive operations and people leadership in nonprofit and advocacy organizations. We’ll work together to make your actual experience easier to understand and discuss.

You provide and confirm the facts, dates and results. We’ll use accurate examples and language you can confidently explain in an interview. Support does not guarantee an interview, job offer or a particular applicant tracking system result.

Career packages are priced separately from organizational advisory hours. Additional role directions, revisions or sessions are agreed and priced before they begin. Start with a complimentary introduction; there’s no need to send sensitive personal information.
